GOOD Search gives you five distinct search types and several ways to narrow results — all without tracking or ads.

The default. Returns ranked web pages from the selected provider's index. Works with all three providers (GOOD Search, Mojeek, Staan).
Good for: articles, documentation, product pages, general research.
Returns image thumbnails with source links. Available with the GOOD Search provider.
Good for: finding photos, illustrations, logos, or visual references.
Returns recent news articles with publication date and source name. Available with the GOOD Search provider.
Good for: current events, press coverage, recent announcements.
Returns video results with thumbnails and duration. Available with the GOOD Search provider.
Good for: tutorials, reviews, talks, entertainment.
Finds places near you — restaurants, shops, services, and other points of interest. Available with the GOOD Search provider.
How location works:
Good for: yoga studios, coffee shops, pharmacies, doctors, parking — anything with a physical address.

Limit results to a recent time window. Open Settings → Search Preferences or use the filter controls:
Controls whether explicit content is filtered. Three levels:

Bias results toward a specific country or language:
DE for Germany, FR for FranceSet in Settings → Search Preferences. Applies to all providers that support it.
Each provider has its own independent index, so the same query can return different results:
